The issue with the newer Jeep backup camera is the location of the camera as well as obstructed views when the rack is installed. It depends on how much space you have between your hitch pin hole and the outside edge of the spare tire. The closest part of the Swagman Original RV Bike Rack item # S64152-2, you were looking at, sits 9-3/4" from the hitch pin hole. You'll want to measure from the hitch pin hole to the edge of your spare to see if it'll work.
